Returns & refunds
Every 250 Store piece is printed on demand after you order. Because each item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
How to start a claim
- Visit our contact page with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- We respond within 2 business days with next steps.
- Approved claims receive either a free replacement shipped at no cost, or a full refund to the original payment method.
Wrong size
Because every shirt is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues unless the size delivered does not match the size ordered. Please consult the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact your local carrier first. If they cannot locate the package, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.
